Understanding Transaction Types on Crowdital

When you use Crowdital, every action you take with your money is recorded as a transaction. Understanding these transaction types helps you track your activity and avoid confusion.

There are four main transaction types on the platform:

1. Funding (Wallet Top-Up)
This happens when you transfer money into your Crowdital wallet using your assigned virtual account. Once the transfer is confirmed, your wallet balance updates instantly.

2. Investment (Purchase)
This occurs when you invest in a product. The amount is deducted from your wallet and converted into units of the selected investment product.

3. Redemption
Redemption is when you sell part or all of your investment. The value of the redeemed units is credited back to your wallet after processing, which may take between T+1 and T+3 depending on the product.

4. Withdrawal
This is when you move money from your wallet back to your bank account. Once processed, funds are sent to your linked bank account.

Each transaction is recorded with a timestamp, amount, and status so you can track your activity at any time.
